CLASSES

Focusing on improving your health and wellbeing, our strength classes provide a mix of functional movement and mobility to ensure we encourage members to maintain a stronger, healthier body and mind. Classes will vary with each session to keep things interesting, but will remain programmed to ensure progression is met with each training cycle.

GL52 aims to deliver relevant training that encourages progression; our strength classes firstly concentrate on initiating progression through progressive overload training. As part of our ethos here at GL52, we encourage a sense of community and this is achieved through motivation delivered by our coaches and fellow class members. By training alongside members with similar goals, we aim to create a fun environment that motivates and engages. To ensure classes are continually exciting, our programme changes every four to six weeks which ensures that the body is adapting to new stimuli, leading to results!

Push your limits – this is the goal of our conditioning classes, which encourage members to push beyond their comfort zones and reach levels they never knew existed! Akin to our strength classes, conditioning focuses on teamwork and is designed to encourage people to work beyond their limits, whilst simultaneously working as part of a team. With a little bit of competition thrown in a few times a week, this part of our philosophy really helps to build that bond and sense of community between our members, whilst giving an unparalleled workout!

Discover the joy of bonding with your little one while staying active in our Baby and Me classes at GL52! Designed to help parents engage with their babies in a fun and supportive environment, these sessions offer a perfect mix of gentle exercise, play, and connection. Like our other programs, the focus is on building a sense of community—this time between parents and their children. With each class, you’ll strengthen both your body and your relationship, while creating lasting memories alongside others in the same stage of life. Get ready to move, bond, and grow together!

Designed to keep the little ones busy, our kids’ classes are a perfect opportunity for your child(ren) to participate in a fun and interactive workout tailored to them! All abilities and fitness levels are welcome – each class will encourage teamwork and healthy competition, whilst also boosting their coordination and balance. Rest assured we will ensure that the little ones have run around, had fun and burnt off loads of energy!
